Shipping

Most orders will be shipped in 24-48 hours, except on weekends and holidays. Most items are shipped via UPS, and in certain cases USPS or other carrier if applicable. Some insurance is included with UPS shipments. For other carriers, insurance is the responsibility of the customer and is not included. Please indicate that you would like your package insured, and this amount will be added to your order total.

If an item is not in stock, you will receive an email notification or phone call regarding that item. We will do our best to expedite delivery of the out of stock item or offer a substitution.

International Shipments

International shipments are handled on an individual basis. Once an order is placed we will obtain an international shipping quote, and send an email notifying you of the cost to ship to your address. Park-Lane Tobacconist cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or confiscated shipments. We suggest shipping via US registered mail with insurance for all International orders.

We can ship pipes and cigar accessories to all countries. We can ship tobacco products (pipe tobacco, cigars, snuff) to all countries except the following:

Belarus, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Ecuador, Gabon, Greece, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Lebanon, Maldives, Malta, Mauritania, New Caledonia, Peru, Portugal, Romania, Sri Lanka, Ukraine, Vietnam, Wallis and the Futuna Islands.

Park-Lane Tobacconist will not falsify customs declarations under any circumstances. This would constitute a felony offense under United States Law, punishable by up to five years in jail and a $10,000 fine (plus forfeiture of our business and tobacco license in the State of New York).

Insurance

For packages shipped via USPS, we will include insurance up to $100.00 at no charge. For order totaling more than $100.00 insurance is not included, and will be an extra cost added to your order after check out. You will receive a confirmation email with the extra amount for insurance. UPS shipments will include insurance, so this does not apply to shipments made via UPS.

Return Policy

Park-Lane Tobacconist will accept returns for a period of 15 days from date of purchase. Items must be returned in new unused condition and original packaging, and not damaged or otherwise tampered with. You must call (518-371-6274) or email info@cigarsandpipes.com to receive authorization for your return, otherwise returns will be not be accepted. Shipping charges are non refundable. If item qualified for free shipping, the shipping charge will be deducted from any refund or credit. Cigars or pipe tobacco can only be returned if they are damaged or defective, or if an incorrect item was shipped.

Due to the nature of the product, bulk tobacco and/or loose cigars cannot be returned. We will be happy to send a free sample of any bulk tobacco for you to try before ordering.
